Breakfast of the Stars Eggs with HerbsThis rich and flavorful dish was recommended by one of our female correspondents—y'all didn't think we did this stuff without research, did you? This recipe serves 4: 6 eggs 4 ounces light cream cheese 1/4 cup chopped green onions 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil or 2 teaspoons dried, crumbled 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley 2 tbsp milk 2 tsp chopped fresh oregano or 1/2 teaspoon dried, crumbled 2 tbsp (1/4 stick) butter
Beat eggs in large bowl to blend. Add next 6 ingredients to the bowl and beat with the eggs until mixed. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Melt butter in heavy large skillet (frying pan) over medium-high heat. Add egg mixture and stir until eggs are firm, about 4 minutes. Serve immediately.
