Oh, what's that thing that goes in a guy's bedroom where he hangs all his stuff? Besides the end of the bed...

Q: I am looking for a piece of furniture for my bedroom. I have finally bought a bed, night stands, dresser, & mirror set. At the store I asked the guy what this thing I’m thinking of is called and he didn't know. So here’s what I’m seeing in my mind – a wooden stand that holds a guy’s coat, shirt, pants, & has a little place to sit to tie your shoes. I have seen some that have little drawers to keep polishes and other stuff. Any help will be great.

A:  Hey, Michael, Brian here - it took a minute to recall the name, but what you're talking about is called a valet. Some have seats, some don't, but it's ideal to hang your clothes on for the day. My father had one. Here's a company that carries several models. I highly recommend getting one -- I am. That way, I won't disturb my wife while she sleeps.
