BBG: David Boris
David's pursuit toward being a better guy began during the summer after college, when he took two consecutive trips with buddies that opened his eyes to the better life - one to Europe and one to Manhattan. Brian Joyner
BBG: Brian JoynerBrian Joyner, co-creator of Be Better Guys, spent a great deal of time (money and other people’s patience) trying to figure out what he wanted to be when he grew up. Now that he’s arrived (depending on whom you ask), he smiles at how much fun the trip was. He absorbed the lessons he learned from family, friends, and through observations in the service industry and used them to craft his personal take on style and how life is. 5 Ways to Be a Better Guy
  • An e-mail thank you is nice.  A phone call is nicer.  A handwritten note is class.
  • Show both a ½ inch of your cuff and collar under your suit jacket for a polished look.
  • Next time she’s over: Turn off the TV. And the lights.  Light some candles.  Put on Marvin Gaye.  Touchdown.
  • Changing your razor blade every week to reduce razor burn on your face and neck.
  • Stop grabbing your crotch.  Enough with all the ballhandling already, Carmelo.
